Jennifer Hall , Ph.D. Jennifer Hall , a licensed clinical psychologist, spent five years as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Eckerd College. During that time, Jennifer worked with Eckerd's Leadership Development Institute (LDI), and joined LDI's staff full-time in 1999 as Director of Coaching.
