Jermaine "Huggy" Hopkins (b. August 23 1973 in Newark, New Jersey) is an actor who has appeared in TV shows such as The Wayans Bros. and Law & Order. He started out in the acting business when his mother sent him to go audition for the role of Thomas "Sams" Sams in the 1989 film "Lean on Me".
