Jill Gascoine (born 11 April, 1937) is a British actress and novelist. She is best known for her role as Maggie Forbes on the British TV series "The Gentle Touch" and "C.A.T.S. Eyes". She had previously appeared in "The Onedin Line" and on "General Hospital" (UK). Born in Lambeth, England, Gascoine's early acting career included work with future left wing film director Ken Loach.
