Jill Whelan (born September 29, 1966) is an American former child actress and a Beverly Hills High School in Beverly Hills, California graduate. Whelan was born in Oakland, California. She is probably best known for her role in the hit television series "The Love Boat." In the series she played Vicki Stubing, the daughter of Capt. Stubing (played by Gavin MacLeod). After the show was canceled in 1986, she worked on an album titled "Our Time". Wikipedia
