Jim Davis graduated from the American University in Washington, DC in 1976 with a degree in International Affairs. After working in operations for the Group Tour Companies in Washington, DC, New York City and San Francisco Jim branched out on his own and established California Tour Consultants. Twenty-five years later Jim is still actively involved running the company and has recently partnered with his older brother Charles who is in charge of all IT aspects of the operation. catour
