Jim Klatt Biography Jim joined the TRCP in October, 2004 as the organization’s National Grassroots Coordinator. Jim will coordinate the TRCP's grassroots activities across the country and will work with TRCP’s affiliated hunting and fishing clubs, corporate sponsors and building trade unions to involve as many sportsmen as possible in TRCP’s mission to "Guarantee You a Place to Hunt and Fish." trcp.org
