Jim Miceli is an American Democratic politician, currently representing Middlesex County's 19th district in the Massachusetts State Legislature. He is also running in the special election to replace Marty Meehan in the United States House of Representatives. Miceli is running in the 5th Congressional District, but doesn't actually live there. He lives in nearby Wilmington. Miceli's current district consists parts of both Wilmington and Tewksbury. Wikipedia
