James Edwin ("Jim") Tracy (born December 31, 1955 in Hamilton, Ohio) is the manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates Prior to joining the Pirates, Tracy was manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers from 2001 to 2005 (4 winning seasons out of 5), compiling a 427-383 record. With Tracy as manager, the Dodgers won the National League West division in 2004 but lost to the St. Louis Cardinals in the National League Division Series. Wikipedia
