Jimi Hendrix was born on november 27, 1942. His orignal name was allen Hendrix but he went by Jimi. A man name chas chandler, a bass player for the animals, discoverd Jimi Hendrix. He later became Jimi's manager. The Jimi Hendrix experience was created with Noel Redding on bass and Mitch Mitchell on drums.
