Jimmy N. Dimos (born October 18, 1938) is a state Fourth Judicial District Court judge based in Monroe, Louisiana, in Ouachita Parish. Dimos (pronounced "DEE MOSE") is also a former Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, having served from 1976-1999. From 1988-1992, he was the Speaker of the House, the recommended choice of then Democratic Governor Charles E. "Buddy" Roemer, III. Wikipedia
