Joe Rose is probably most well known for playing Troy, the "Sloppy joe guy" in the TV show "Scrubs", who, along with The Janitor, attempts to make J.D.'s life a living hell. Joe has also been in many different movies. He played Cole in the recent movie "Ghosts Never Sleep" and also did stunts for "Arizona Werewolf".
