Prior to joining the Obama campaign, Rospars was a founding partner of Blue State Digital, an Internet strategy and communications firm based in Washington, DC. Rospars had previously worked on the Howard Dean campaign, including the influential Blog for America. Rospars attended George Mason University, where he served in the student government.
