Joel Natalino Santana, usually known as Joel Santana (born on December 25, 1948, in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil) is a manager and former football player. One of his greatest achievements in his career as a football manager is his Campeonato Carioca titles.
