John Albert Hay (November 24 1919- January 27 1998) was a British Conservative politician. Hay was born in Brighton, Sussex to John Edward Hay (later a Mayor of Brighton) and May Hollingbury. He had a brother, Peter. He was educated at Brighton Grammar School. He served as a Sub Lieutenant in the Royal Navy during World War II and was invalided out. He married Beryl Found, the only daughter of Ret. Commander Herbert Found R.N and Alice Found. Wikipedia
