John McFarland McFarland first attended Westark beginning in 1969. He went on to graduate from John Brown University with a bachelor�s degree in organizational management. He began his career with Baldor Electric Co. in 1970 while in college. Since then he�s held a number of positions in marketing and sales, including vice president of international sales and executive vice president of sales and marketing.
