John Patrick “Jack” Murtha, Jr. is an American politician from the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. A Democrat, Murtha has served in the United States House of Representatives since 1974, representing Pennsylvania's 12th congressional district. The district's largest city is Johnstown and includes Pittsburgh's eastern and southern suburbs as well as a large rural area encompassing the southwest corner of the state. Wikipedia
