John N. (Jack) Little is the president and co-founder of The MathWorks, and co-author of the company's first product MATLAB, rewritten in C language from the original FORTRAN version by Cleve Moler. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, and a Trustee of the Massachusetts Software Council. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1978), and a Master's degree from Stanford University (1980). Wikipedia
