John Perry is an Irish Fine Gael politician. He is currently a Teachta Dála for the Sligo-North Leitrim constituency. He was elected for his third term as a TD in the 2007 general election. John Perry was born in Ballymote, County Sligo. He was educated at Ballymote BNS and Corran College, Ballymote. Perry was first elected to Dáil Éireann in 1997 and has retained his seat ever since.
