John R. McKernan Jr
John R. McKernan , Jr . , age 58, became Executive Chairman on February 20, 2007. Mr. McKernan joined the Company as our Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors in June 1999. In March 2003 he became our President. In September 2003, he became Vice Chairman and CEO, and in June 2006, Chairman and CEO. He served in that position until February 20, 2007. Mr. McKernan served as Governor of the State of Maine from 1987 to 1995. edmc
