John Shuttleworth - General Manager – Marketing John has spent over 20 years in marketing and management related roles. After completing a Commerce Degree at the University of NSW, John began his marketing career in the consumer goods industry working for Unilever, Reckitt & Colman and The Smiths Snackfood Company. In 1994, he joined Kosiusko Thredbo in the tourism industry as Marketing Director. Prior to joining BT in May 2004, John co-founded a technology company, XT3. bt.com.au
