Jon Alston (born June 4, 1983) is an American football linebacker for the National Football League St. Louis Rams. Having grown up in Bastrop, Louisiana, Jon Alston played for Loyola College Prep before going on to play college football for the Stanford Cardinals. Alston played Defensive End his freshman year in high school, but after seeing his speed his coaches moved him to line backer, where he remains to this day. Wikipedia
