Jon Biotti Managing Director Jon joined Charlesbank in 1998 from the Harvard Business School, where he was an entrepreneurial studies fellow after graduation. Jon also worked as a banking associate at Brown Brothers Harriman. He was appointed a managing director of Charlesbank in 2006.
