Judge Jonathan J. Robertson (Senior Judge) Jonathan J. Robertson was born in Jackson County, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in 1954 and received his J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1961. He served in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956. Judge Robertson was elected to the Appellate Court and assumed office in 1971 and retained on the Court of Appeals in 1974, 1984, and 1994, retiring in 1997.
