Joseph Canion has served as a non-executive director of our company since 1997 and was a director of AIM Investments from 1991 to 1997, when AIM merged with INVESCO. Mr. Canion has been a leading figure in the technology industry after co-founding Compaq Computer Corporation in 1982 and serving as its chief executive officer from 1982 to 1991.
