Judith Belfiori , MPH, MA , is the Director of Planning and Evaluation. As part of FHOP's 5 year cooperative agreement with the California Department of Health Services Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health Branch (MCAH), Ms. Belfiori has developed guidelines and provided capacity-building training and tools to assist California's 61 local jurisdictions with needs assessment, problem analysis, planning and evaluation of programs serving women children, adolescents and their families. ucsf.edu
