Julian Dean (born 28 January 1975 in Rotorua, New Zealand) is a road racing cyclist who rides for Credit Agricole. Dean has rode the 2006 Tour de France and the 2004 Tour de France finishing both times. His other main achievements include winning the 2007 New Zealand National Road Race Championships, and finishing 9th in the 2005 World Road Championships in Madrid.
