Karim El-Khazen is currently the Technical Manager of the End-to-End Reconfigurability (E2R) European research project. He belongs to the European Communications Research (ECR) of Motorola Labs in Paris, France. He is currently addressing Reconfigurability and Cognitive Radio concepts.
