Kate Hodge (born January 2, 1966, in Berkeley, California) is an American actress. Her first starring role was as Michelle, the heroine of the 1990 horror movie "Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III". The gore and content of the film was heavily edited and excised in order to obtain an R rating from the MPAA, which threatened to give it an X rating. The unedited version is now available on DVD.
