Keith Buerker , MS, CEC, CCE, CFBE Assistant Professor Keith Buerker is a faculty member in the Department of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism at SUNY Cobleskill. He has a joint appointment in the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources where he teaches meat selection and cutting and charcuterie.
