Keith Stuart Hackett (born June 22, 1944) is a former English football referee, who began refereeing in local leagues in the Sheffield, Yorkshire, area in 1960. Keith progressed to the list of Football League referees in 1975, and took charge of the 1981 FA Cup Final at Wembley, finishing 1-1 between Spurs and Manchester City.
