Mr. Gregory is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. He is a faculty member at the University of Southern California’s Olin School of Engineering where he teaches Internet Technologies. He is a frequent speaker before industry and legal associations, addressing issues concerning trade secret protection, fraud and embezzlement matters, and issues pertaining to Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. greenbass
