Keith Nobbs (born April 9, 1979) is an American stage, television, and film actor. He is primarily known for his portrayal of Joey Ice Cream in the TV series "The Black Donnellys". As a graduate of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, Mr. Nobbs began working in the world of professional theater in the 1998 production of "Stupid Kids", directed by Michael Mayer. Wikipedia
