Kelly Best (born 26 September, 1986) is a beauty queen from Troy, Michigan who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007. Best won the Miss Michigan USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in Port Huron, Michigan on 21 October 2006. It was her first attempt at the title, although she had placed fourth runner-up in the Miss Michigan Teen USA 2004 competition and was a semi-finalist in the 2002 event. Wikipedia
