Ketema Yifru (12 December 1929 - 14 January 1994). Prominent Ethiopian diplomat and politician. Born in Gara Muleta, in Harrarge province, of a humble background, Ketema Yifru rose to the highest levels of Emperor Haile Selassie's government. Served in several ministries in the Aklilu Habte Wold government. He served longest and is remembered most for his long tenure as Foreign Minister. Wikipedia
