Kevin Kelly (born 1953) is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party. He is currently serving in his 5th term in the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Maryland's District 1B in Allegany County. Kelly is a member of the Judiciary Committee and its Civil Law and Procedure Subcommittee. Kelly was born in Cumberland, Maryland on August 18, 1953. Wikipedia
