Khalid Abdul Muhammad in Houston, Texas (January 12, 1948 – February 17, 2001) was an ex-felon who served time in a Texas prison for insurance fraud who became a leading figure in the Black Nationalist, Pan Africanist movement throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.
