Kimya Dawson (born November 17, 1972) is a United States singer-songwriter and a prominent part of the Anti-folk movement. She is most well known for being the female counterpart to Adam Green in The Moldy Peaches. She is well-connected with certain musicians: she appears on songs by Ben Kweller, They Might Be Giants, Third Eye Blind, The Mountain Goats, and John Wayne Shot Me.
