Korey Damont Stringer was an American football player who died from complications brought on by heat stroke, during training camp in Mankato, Minnesota while playing for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. Stringer was born in Warren, Ohio and attended Ohio State University. The Vikings drafted him in the first round of the 1995 NFL Draft. He played on the offensive line.
