Kurt Isaiah M. Perez (born December 1, 1997 in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines) is a Filipino former child actor. He was the Ultimate Kiddie Survivor of the popular GMA 7 reality talent show "StarStruck Kids" and is perhaps the most popular of all of its contestants.
