Lars Hansen (born September 27, 1954 in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a retired Canadian professional National Basketball Association player. He grew up in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, where he was a basketball star at Centennial Secondary School. He would go onto play his college basketball at the University of Washington.
