Laurence Alan Tisch (born March 5 1923, died November 15 2003) was a Wall Street investor and self-made billionaire. He was the CEO of CBS television network from 1986 to 1995. With his brother Bob Tisch, he was part owner of the Loews Corporation. He is the namesake of the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University (NYU).
