Lee Oskar (b. March 24, 1948 in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a Danish harmonica player, notable for his contributions to the sound of the rock/funk fusion group War which he formed with Eric Burdon, and for his solo work. In the 1980s Oskar formed a company to manufacture high-quality harmonicas including diatonic harps in minor keys. Several modern musicians, such as noted blues harmonica player Mike Tetrault, cite the Dane as an important influence. Wikipedia
