Lisa Rachjel is the current secretary of the ISO Joint Technical Committee Secretariat. In March of 2007, she gained visibility after participating in the decision that the comments from several national bodies under the ISO Fast-Track Administrative Review period did not require ISO secretariat intervention, and consequently that Ecma's Open XML standards proposal could continue on in the standards process.
