Lisa Schwanke Director of Adult Residential Services Lisa began working at Hope Haven when she was in college as a direct line staff person in Hope Haven's children's services. When she graduated from college in 1986, she worked full-time as a Lead/Program Manager at Agape House - which was a group home for children in Rock Valley. After that she became a Resource Manager in Adult Services and then a Residential Manager at RTC and later Westview as well.
