Liz Fradd ’s work has focused on the care of sick children throughout her nursing career. As well as being a registered nurse, midwife and health visitor, she is a trained children’s nurse who has also managed children’s units in Nottingham. At national level, Liz was Assistant Chief Nurse in the Department of Health, a post she moved to after having been the Director of Nursing and Education in the West Midlands Regional Office.
