Lloyd Jones (born in Lower Hutt, 23 March, 1955) is a New Zealand author who currently resides in Wellington. He is a graduate of Victoria University. In 1988 he was the recipient of the Katherine Mansfield Memorial Fellowship. From August 2007 he will spend a year in Berlin as beneficiary of the Creative New Zealand Berlin Writers' Residency.
