Lori Rice - Staff Profile Head Cheerleading Coach Lori Rice has been the Head Cheerleading Coach at Missouri Baptist University since 2004. Coach Rice earned her Master's of Science Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Sport Management, from Missouri Baptist University in 2007 and her Bachelors of Science degree in Sport Management from MBU in 2005.
