Lori Rom (August 16, 1975 in Red Bank, New Jersey as Loren Rom) is an American actress. She was the original actress selected to play the role of Phoebe Halliwell in the television series "Charmed". Rom left the show after filming the pilot episode due to her religious beliefs, and she was replaced in the role of Phoebe by Alyssa Milano.
