Lucille Gough began her career in 1971 with Berks VNA Home Health Agency (today known as Berks Visiting Nurse Association) as a staff nurse. She moved through several promotions and in late 1976 became Executive Director. In 1987 that one organization expanded to three separate entities, Home Health Care Management (HHCM), Berks Visiting Nurse Association (BVNA) and Advantage Home Care (AHC) with Lucille serving as President & CEO. hhcminc.org
