Lyle Preslar played guitar in and wrote songs for the seminal hardcore band Minor Threat. Before that he was the vocalist for The Extorts. After Minor Threat dissolved, he played guitar in the first incarnation of Samhain, after Glenn Danzig broke up The Misfits.
